Orders & Shipping

When will I get my order?

Fresh strives to ship orders with by the end of the next business day.  We use the major couriers and Canada Post to get you your order as quickly as possible.  Shipping to most places in Canada takes between 5-7 days.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Of course!  Select in-store pick up at check-out and we will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up.

How much is shipping?

Fresh offers FREE shipping on most orders $200 and up before tax (and shipping, obviously). The exceptions are clearance skis and ski boots. We have a flat rate of $25 for those items.

How do I pay for my order?

Fresh accepts VISA and Mastercard. We can also accept Interac email transfer on request. Email us at fresh@freshskis.com for details.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes - you will be emailed a tracking number for your order as soon as we have it ready to go. It may take 24 hours before tracking numbers will be updated on the shipping couriers website

Does Fresh ship outside of Canada?

Not at this time.
