Returns & Refunds
You don't always get what you want. Fresh understands and are here to help.
We accept returns for items in their original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed with all the original tags and packaging intact.
Email fresh@freshskis.com with your order number and what you are looking to return and we will provide a Return Authorization Number.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Items to be considered for return must be received by Fresh no later than 14 days after your shipment was delivered.
Items shipped to Fresh without a Return Authorization or after 14 days will be refused.
Returns will not be accepted for following items
- Items returned that have been worn, used, washed or otherwise different than the condition in which they were shipped.
- Items returned without their original packaging or tags attached
- Items marked as CLEARANCE
- Items discounted 30% or more.
- Long underwear, baselayers, balaclavas, facemasks and/or socks
Refunds
When Fresh receives the returned item(s), we will fully examine it and notify you via email if you are not entitled to a refund.
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price minus the original shipping costs incurred by Fresh and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
